Connecting Africans, within Africa and far beyond.

Any organization that has a mission to execute the aforementioned successfully has a mandate to continuously find new, ingenious ways to promote networking cultures across various sectors, interests and personality types. This realization, in many ways, has been the root upon which our initiatives here at the Play Network Africa have stemmed, and continue to stem from.

‘A network of friends’, or if we’re being even more specific, a network of professionals, entrepreneurs, political and lifestyle enthusiasts, with similar goals, visions, ideologies, and an extremely strong resolve to live a life of balance. We see the value that is in knowledge and network, and how cultivating both the right way can proffer real, personal benefits to those who appreciate that value for what it is. Through this vision, we have successfully provided via each and every one of our initiatives, real, strategic value for all of our stakeholders, be they business partners, or consumers of information.

As complex as the world can sometimes get, the things that truly bring us together are more often than not, extremely simple — music, film, or just simply being in the same place, and at the same time; engaging in meaningful conversation, proffering specializations, and forging meaningful interpersonal, sociopolitical and professional relationships.

While shaping the idea that is now the Play Network, we had to look inward. How do we create a real network of people, inspiring each other in all aspects of life, merely by being, living, sharing knowledge, and enjoying the entire process every step of the way, who will remain loyal to the ideologies of the brand, regardless of her form, shape or direction? Through the conceptualization, recreation and delivery of human connection based ideas — that is how!

The Play Network has managed to keep the concept of intentional connection building at the core of all of her initiatives. We have successfully managed to stretch our brand equity, from her sole roots in hospitality, to dominating other largely challenging industries, including media, events management, filmmaking and development, using a singular concept, now consolidated into a powerful, truly Pan-African app, the Play Network Africa App.

Our structured processes here at the Play Network Africa have been established in such a way that they provide value, not only through people to people interactions, but also for businesses, via our B2B engagements. The Play Network has partnered with, and continues to partner with both local and international organizations, using those relationships we have nurtured over the years as the ultimate currency, providing real value for all who associate with us, and align their goals and visions with ours.

We could go on and on about the great work we do here at the Play Network Africa — the stories we have told, and lives we have touched, but I’d much rather conclude by simply highlighting what we are: A network of people and businesses, all of whom teach, tell, connect, promote, leverage and execute; a network that challenges stereotypes of what a company can or cannot do simultaneously, all while creating exceptional experiences, driven by diligence, purpose, integrity and a CAN DO attitude.

We are committed to redefining the wheel, inspiring this generation of Africans and the ones to come of true African excellence, as we relentlessly share our stories, drive much needed change, and build long-lasting connections, through out-of-the-box delivery, consistency and confidence in our capabilities.
